Vista Grande Onyx is a distinctive sandstone originating from the United States. Despite its trade name suggesting onyx, this material is a sedimentary rock characterized by a dominant white background. It displays natural brown and orange markings that create a unique, organic visual texture. The grain is typical of sandstone, offering a warm and earthy aesthetic suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Common uses include flooring, wall cladding, and decorative accents where a natural, textured look is desired. Suitable finishes include honed and natural surfaces to highlight the stone's inherent character. Marmi di Carrara supplies Vista Grande Onyx in blocks, 2/3 cm slabs, and cut-to-size pieces. We provide photos of actual slabs before purchase to ensure you select the exact variation of this American sandstone.
