Calanca Gneis is a natural grey granite quarried in the Swiss Alps of Switzerland. The stone displays a uniform grey background with subtle speckles of lighter and darker tones, giving it a refined yet robust appearance. Its medium‑coarse grain and occasional faint veining make it suitable for both interior and exterior applications, from flooring and wall cladding to countertops and outdoor paving. Recommended finishes include polished for a high‑shine look or honed for a matte, slip‑resistant surface. Marmi di Carrara supplies Calanca Gneis in blocks and 2‑3 cm thick slabs, cut‑to‑size on request, with real‑time photos of actual slabs before purchase.
